White Glove Delivery.

The trucking company we use to deliver 55inch tvs and up will call you to arrange a delivery time and bring the tv in your home plug in the tv to show you the tv powers on and to check if there is any damage, if there is damage refuse delivery and we will exchange it for free. No damage claim can be made after you sign for the tv.

Free Shipping on all orders $150 and up

For orders under $150, our shipping charge is only $9.99. Merchandise total must be over $150 for free shipping offer.

Standard delivery in 6 business days or less.

2-6 business days delivery time for standard shipping to any of the 48 U.S. states.

TVs 55inch and bigger take 7-10 business days.

Business days include Monday - Friday and exclude national holidays.

Most orders received by 2PM Eastern Time Monday - Friday ship the same day.

Large items requiring freight shipping (including TVs)

Upgrade delivery options

Faster shipping options are also available for most items, including next-day, 2-day air and 3-day delivery. These options' costs vary. You can select these options during the checkout process when available or call for more details. These options might not be available for large of heavy items that require freight shipping.

We do not offer shipping to APO/FPO addresses and U.S. territories of Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska.

Freight shipping for large items

Large or heavy items, including most TVs, require freight shipping. Available to most physical addresses in the United States, except Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska.

Delivery time is 2-6 business days. We do not ship to freight forwarders.

Someone must receive the delivery. The freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery to your door or the lobby area of your apartment. Someone will have to be present to meet the driver and sign for the package. Freight deliveries are scheduled for Monday through Friday between 9AM and 5PM.

What to expect from the delivery driver. This is a large, heavy item, so arrange to have someone else there to help you unpack and install your equipment. The driver will not help you unpack or set up your new equipment, nor will he or she remove your old equipment or packaging.

Keep the product packaging. You'll need it if you have to return or move your item.
